PDF document from Catholic biblical scholar and Augustinian Friar, Kieran O’Mahoney. “The ordinary person experiences Scripture mostly through the readings at public worship. Accordingly, my own emphasis will be on the Sunday and daily readings as found in the Catholic lectionary. This is lectionary is not too different form the Revised Common Lectionary and my hope is that the resources found here might be used across the traditions. ”

Wansbrough is General Editor of the New Jerusalem Bible and contributed commentaries on Matt, Mark, and the Pastorals in A New Catholic Commentary on Holy Scripture.
